Touching and Perfectly Romantic

This is a touching collection of interrelated stories all with a fantasy theme, from one of Santa's elves, to time travel, to love reaching through time. Each of the love stories tugged at my heart strings. I especially enjoyed that the collection is book-ended by the continuation of the first story, giving us more insight into what happens to our time traveling characters, Rose and Julien. I look forward to more stories in the Touchstone of Love series!

Touchingly Romantic

This was my first magical romance novella series. My favorite was A Christmas Fling, elves, toys and Santa win every time. However, gargoyles and travels in France were just as magical and special to read about. These were light romances and were entertaining with enough history to keep my history curiosity engaged throughout the stories.

This was my first experience reading anything romance. I usually had avoided it but when I read this book I was really intrigued and loved it. The stories are romantic and entertaining and each story has strong characters. My favorite of the four novellas got to be A Touch of Love and Christmas Fling. Great work.

Due to "A Customer"'s review, I tracked down Ultimate Cakes. A few pictures are similar, but are not the same. Bogus reviews don't help! If anyone knows of a better ILLUSTRATED book of techniques, please post. This is inspiring for visual learners. I haven't found a better illustrated dessert techniques book.

Awesome. I only started by reading the first ten pages or so, but I can already tell that this is the book I've been looking for for a long time. I owned Jody's Alfred beginning jazz book/DVDs awhile back and really liked it: Jody is good at taking jazz concepts and really breaking them down to their foundations, to easier understand them. I am really looking forward to getting into this book, because I can tell that it will help me improve at jazz soloing if I spend the time and effort.

Art of the Slow Cooking: The Collection Of 100 Slow Cooker Recipes by Jeff Madison
Each recipe starts with the title, prep time, cooking time and servings.
Then the list of ingredients and instructions on how to make the dish.
There are no pictures. There are also no nutritional information.
Table of contents starts with a link to a dish, a link to the ingredients for that dish and link to the directions for that dish.
Halfway through the book the format changes for the recipes: some nutritional information is included: fat content is not broken up into the 4 main ones, no sodium is mentioned but carbs and calories and protein are.

The Slow Cooker recipes I got here are going to prove helpful and useful as I want to give my family only the best. And the 100 collection given here will help me not run out of ideas. The book also showed the many perks of slow cookers. Like they help make nutritious and delicious meals, time saver, they can also reduce energy usage, and so much more. So I believe that this book has been worth the purchase.

Slow-cooked meals are easy, fuss-free and delicious. Slow cooker meals are the ultimate lazy midweek meal for when you get in and need something ready and waiting. But if you're willing to dirty another pan or two, suddenly you've got something that goes from great to amazing. In this book you will find excellent recipes for your slow cooker. I have a slow cooker about a year, and I'm constantly looking for new recipes. In this book, I found some great ideas and I can't wait to try them. Very well done!

Custom Channel URL info is out of date

There is a lot of helpful information here. However, given that the publication date was April of this year, there should have been an update regarding the Google+ integration and how this affected the customization of the user's Channel URL, a very important core piece of YouTube identity. Page 52 describes the old version of the process. Google now requires significant skin in the game, either by adhering to the four criteria just below, or by linking one's website with one's Google+ id and placing that code snippet on every page of one's website:

To get a custom URL for your channel, your account needs to be in good standing and meet a few other requirements:

500 or more subscribers
Channels is at least 30 days old
Channel has uploaded a photo for the channel icon
